These are the kinds of projects that best reflect how I work: building from zero when needed, designing interfaces other engineers use every day, and making systems hold up under real operational constraints.
Shared systems for product insight and decision-making
Built Loox's merchant analytics and experimentation platform from scratch, covering event capture, ingestion, pipeline design, and downstream modeling. The project mattered less because it was analytics work and more because it required designing trustworthy internal systems that product teams could actually use to make decisions.
Internal APIs and engineering foundations
Designed reusable APIs and defaults that other engineers built on top of, including reporting hooks adopted across the engineering org and a form abstraction that became the default pattern for most app forms during Loox's React migration.
Production systems and technical leadership
Built org-wide RabbitMQ infrastructure supporting order-processing systems tied to roughly 1M orders per day, worked on billing correctness and production investigations, and more recently led technical planning for splitting Reviewers out of the main Loox app while staying hands-on in the implementation details.
